  2. Apply online using the link provided in the job listing.
  3. If you are shortlisted, our team will contact you to arrange an in-person or online interview.
  4. For preferred candidates, we will notify you if we plan to contact your referees to check their employment history and past performance
  5. For successful applicants, we then perform pre-employment screening including a National Police History Check and Right to Work in Australia Check.
  6. We notify all applicants if they are successful or not.
  7. For the successful applicant we then offer an employment contract for signing.
Tips for job applicants
  1. Read the job advertisement and position description to understand the requirements of the role and to ensure that your skills, experience, and qualifications align to the advertised role.
  2. Submit a cover letter that addresses the job capabilities listed in the position description.
  3. Be clear, well structured, and to the point.
  4. Submit a detailed 1-2 page resume outlining your previous employment experience, achievements, and qualifications relevant to the role. Your resume is most effective when it’s tailored, clear and easy to read. A resume needs to be up-to-date and well organised. It is best if you can tailor the content to the job you are applying for.
  5. Use the STAR model (Situation-Task-Action-Result) to present information that addresses the selection criteria in your application and during an interview.
  6. Provide a minimum of two reliable referees in your resume.
