The Regional Investment Corporation (RIC) administers the delivery of $4 billion for farm and farm-related small businesses. The RIC was established to encourage growth, investment and resilience in Australia’s regional communities.

The federal government announced in July an additional $2 billion this financial year would be made available to meet the demand for its drought-related loans, with an additional $50 million in operational funding for the RIC over four years to grow the size of the team and improve systems.

In line with this continued growth and transformation, 3 newly created Executive Director roles are now available. The positions carry significant leadership and oversight and will partner with the CEO to ensure the ongoing success of the organisation.

1. Executive Director Transformation and Engagement

You will work closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders to lead the ‘Transformation Program’ and strategy development process for the RIC. You will do this by program managing the transformation while overseeing the end to end customer experience, implementing support systems, communications, media, and stakeholder activities. This role is a fixed term of 18-24 months.

2. Executive Director Program Delivery

You will possess an extensive banking and finance (credit) background and lead the delivery of the loan program objectives for the RIC. You will have accountability for the delivery of the end to end customer experience, whilst ensuring the application process is done in such a way as to drive customer engagement and advocacy.

3. Executive Director Corporate Services

As an experienced finance leader (CA or CPA), you will oversee the corporate functions within the RIC. This will include oversight of teams across finance, HR, governance, contract management, and ICT. With a transformational mindset, you will partner with the business and other stakeholders to manage the finance, ICT and people and culture agendas, the annual business planning process, in addition to developing a reporting suite to provide insights into organisational performance across key metrics.
